ピッツバーグ日本協会では、2018年も下記のとおり、新年会を開催いたしますので、ご案内いたします。皆様お誘いあわせてご参加下さい（要予約）。

日時：2018年1月14日（日）午後5〜から8時頃まで
場所：Old Town Buffet 860 Saw Mill Run Blvd (Route 51S) Pittsburgh, PA 15226（昨年新年会と同じです）
参加費：【会員】大人：＄10、子ども（6歳～11歳）：＄5
【非会員】大人：＄30、学生・子ども（6歳～11歳）：＄20
※子ども（5歳以下）は無料です。
※学生はフルタイム（大学院生も含む）の学生に限ります。
※ビュッフェ代とソフトドリンクは参加費に含まれています。
※豪華景品が当たるラッフル抽選にもご参加いただけます。

まず、こちらのページから申込書を送信してください。
次に、こちらのページから参加費をPayPalにてお支払いください。
※今回よりオンライン登録およびPayPalによるオンラインのクレジットカード決済に対応いたしました。PayPalはカード番号を日本協会に知らせずに支払える仕組みです
予約キャンセル
予約取消をご希望される場合は、1月7日（日）までにピッツバーグ日本協会事務局までご連絡いただきますと参加費をご返金いたします。1月8日（月）以降のキャンセルについてはご返金致しかねます。ご質問等ありましたら、ピッツバーグ日本協会事務局（pittsburghjagp@gmail.com）までご連絡下さい。
当日参加
当日の「駆け込み参加」は定員に達していない限り受け付けますが、新年会費が各人5ドル増しになりますので、ご注意ください。

*Children( Under 5 years old ) are free
*Student must be full-time student
*Includes buffet, tea & soft drinks

We may be able to accept you on the day of the party if the room is not full, but you will have to pay $5 more. If you want to cancel the reservation, please contact us by January 7th, and we will refund the fee. After January 8th., refunds are not available.
