ピッツバーグ日本協会では、2019年も下記のとおり、新年会を開催いたしますので、ご案内いたします。皆様お誘いあわせてご参加下さい（要予約）。

日時：2019年1月20日（日）午後5時半から8時頃まで (5時受付開始)
場所：Jade Grille 670 Washington Road, Mt. Lebanon, PA 15228（2018年新年会と異なります）
参加費：【会員】大人：＄10、子ども（6歳～11歳）：＄5
【非会員】大人：＄30、学生・子ども（6歳～11歳）：＄20
※子ども（5歳以下）は無料です。
※学生はフルタイム（大学院生も含む）の学生に限ります。
※ソフトドリンクは参加費に含まれています。
※お茶、アルコールはバーにて現金でお支払い願います。
※豪華景品が当たるラッフル抽選にもご参加いただけます。

予約方法
まず、こちらのページから申込書を送信してください。
次に、こちらのページから参加費をPayPalにてお支払いください。
※前回よりオンライン登録およびPayPalによるオンラインのクレジットカード決済に対応いたしました。PayPalはカード番号を日本協会に知らせずに支払える仕組みです。
予約キャンセル
予約取消をご希望される場合は、1月13日 (日) までにピッツバーグ日本協会事務局までご連絡いただきますと参加費をご返金いたします。1月14日（月）以降のキャンセルについてはご返金致しかねます。ご質問等ありましたら、ピッツバーグ日本協会事務局（pittsburghjagp@gmail.com）までご連絡下さい。
当日参加
定員に達したため、予約の無い方の当日参加は受け付けません。当日の「駆け込み参加」は定員に達していない限り受け付けますが、新年会費が各人5ドル増しになりますので、ご注意ください。定員に達した場合はウェブとメールでお知らせします。

Fee : Members Adult (Over 12 years old ) / $10 Children( 6~11years old ) / $5
Non members Adult (Over 12 years old ) / $30 Students and Children( 6~11years old ) / $20
*Children( Under 5 years old ) are free.
*Students must be a full-time student.
*Fee includes soft drinks.
*You can order tea and alcohol at the bar.

First, please submit this form. Next, please pay the fee via PayPal on this page.
If you want to cancel the reservation, please contact us by January 13th, and we will refund the fee. After January 14th., refunds are not available.
On-site registration
We do not accept on-site registration this year as the number of participants reached the capacity. We may be able to accept you on the day of the party if the room is not full, but you will have to pay $5 more. Once the number of participants reaches the capacity, we will inform you via email and on this page.
