◆◆ 2022年 秋のピクニック代替イベントのご案内
例年秋に実施していたピクニックですが、十分なコロナ感染対策のもと実施することが難しいと判断し、今年度も開 催を見送らせていただくこととなりました。楽しみにされていた皆様には申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承いただけ ますと幸いです。
その代わりとして、8~10月に複数回、会員向けのイベントを行うこととなりました。 会員にはそれぞれのイベントの入場券を無料でお渡しいたします。(会員でない方は有料で参加いただけます。)
各回20名と定員を設けたイベントにはなりますが、これは会員同士の親睦を目的としていますので、久しぶりのイン パーソンのイベントをお楽しみいただければ幸いです。

◆ 参加される方へお願い ◆
● 5歳以上の方は「Covid-19ワクチン 2回目接種から6か月以内 または ブースター接種が完了している」こ とを参加の条件とさせていただきます。
● 屋内ではなるべくマスクを着用されることを推奨いたします。 新型コロナ感染対策のため、ご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

◆ 定員/参加者の決定方法について ◆
● 各回、定員20名です。(先着順) 申込時は第1~4希望まで記入可能です。
● 定員に余裕がある場合は、複数のイベントに参加いただくことが可能です。ただし、パイレーツの試合観戦はいずれか一回の参加とさせていただきます。

Information on Alternative Fall Picnic Event
We have decided to cancel JAGP Fall Picnic this year, as we have found it difficult to hold the picnic under enough anti-Corona infection control measures. We apologize to all those who were looking forward to the picnic, and we would appreciate your understanding.
Instead, we have decided to hold several events for our members between August and October.
Members may attend free of charge. (Non-members may attend for a fee.)

The purpose of this event is to promote friendship among members, and we hope you will enjoy the first Impersonal event in a long time.

● For those who are 5 years old or older, you must be within 6 months of receiving the second dose of Covid-19 vaccine or have completed the booster vaccination.
● It is recommended to wear masks indoors as much as possible. We ask for your understanding in order to prevent Covid-19 infection.

● After the entrance, you are free to go on your own.
● From12:30 to 1:00, please meet at the cafe if you wish to join us. Let’s have lunch or tea together. You are responsible for the cost of the meal.
● (Members only) If you have an Annual Pass or other annual pass and do not need a ticket, MISHOP will pay up to $15 for lunch at the cafe.

● We will send you an electronic ticket in advance, so please use the official Pirates app to enter the stadium. Gates open 1.5 hours before the start of the game.
● After entering the stadium, you will be free to do whatever you like, but we plan to have a group seating arrangement.
● Includes a $10 voucher that can be used for food and stores in the stadium.

● At 10:30 a.m., a board member will be waiting for you in front of the entrance. Please pick up your ticket.
● After the entrance, you are free to go on your own.

● (Members only) If you have an annual pass and do not need a ticket, the Associationwill pay for a box lunch or a $15 gift certificate to be used at the zoo.

<Capacity/How participants will be determined>
● The maximum number of participants for each session is 20. (First-come-first-served basis)
● Participants may enter up to four preferences when applying.
● If there is room, you may participate in more than one event. However, you may onlyattend one of the Pirates games.
