1月19日（日）、ピッツバーグ日本協会主催の新年会がMisaki Sushi & Seafood Buffetで行われました。小さいお子様を含め総勢120名の皆様にご参加いただき、楽しい時間になりました。
日本協会会長の挨拶に始まり、日本語補習授業校校長の挨拶、ピッツバーグ桜プロジェクトの紹介、またピアノ、チェロ、バイオリンの演奏などがあり、和やかな雰囲気の中おいしいお料理をいただきました。盛り上がったのは、なんといっても2014年の運試し、福引ビンゴとラッフルです。福引ビンゴには、多くの協賛企業様から賞品をご提供いただき、およそ50名の方々が賞品を手にすることができました。またラッフルでは、i Pad miniやDysonの掃除機など豪華賞品を目玉に皆様に楽しんでいただきました。
参加してくださった皆様、お手伝いいただいたボランティアの皆様、誠にありがとうございました。最後になりましたが、賞品をご提供してくださった企業の皆様に心より感謝申し上げます。

The JAGP held its annual New Year’s Party for its members last night, January 19, at Misaki Sushi & Seafood Buffet. In all, 120 members were in attendance. The program included: speeches and presentations by the JAGP President, Pittsburgh Japanese School principal, and Pittsburgh Sakura Project members; musical performances; bingo; and a raffle. Raffle winners took home numerous prizes like an iPad mini and a Dyson vacuum.
