2022年 メンバーシップ更新について

今年もメンバーシップ更新の時期になりました。一年間ピッツバーグ日本協会をご支援いただきまして誠にありがとうございました。来年も皆様のご期待に沿ってより良い会にしていきたいと存じますので、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

メンバーシップは毎年1月から12月までとして会費を納めていただいております。前年度はコロナの影響でイベント活動を全て休止したため、更新手続きなしで会員のステータスをキープする対応を取らせていただきましたが、今年度は活動を再開するとともに会費も集めさせていただくこととなりました。

今年12月末日に皆様のメンバーシップが切れますので、お早めにお手続きいただきますようお願いいたします。

※ 今年9月30日以降に入会された方は、有効期限が2022年12月までですので、今回の更新は不要です。

＜会費＞家族会員＄40・個人会員＄30・学生会員＄20

＜更新方法＞以下いずれかでお手続きください。

※ 2022年1月31日までに更新のお申込みがない場合は退会と見なし、協会のメーリングリストや名簿から削除させていただきます。但し、入会・更新はいつでも受け付けておりますので、1月31日を過ぎてお手続きいただいた場合、その時点で改めてメーリングリストや名簿にお名前を追加いたします。

※ 会員名簿は2022年5月に配布予定です。会員の皆様の名前・メールアドレス・居住エリアをPDFにしてメールでお送りします（郵送をご希望の方には郵送）。なお、名簿への住所・電話番号の記載は前回より廃止させていただいておりますので、ご了承ください。

更新の際に、日本協会に対する要望等ありましたらお書きください。その他お問い合わせは、ピッツバーグ日本協会事務局（Pittsburghjagp@gmail.com）までご連絡ください。 

Membership Renewal Notice

Thank you for your support in 2021.  If you want to renew your membership, please mail the renewal form with your membership fee by January 31, 2022.  Your early renewal will be appreciated.  Please email to Pittsburghjagp@gmail.com if you have any questions.  

* Renewal is not necessary if you joined JAGP or renewed membership on/after September 30, 2021.

Please choose one of the following methods.

*Please note that your name will be removed from our directory and mailing list if membership is not renewed by January 31, 2022.  

*The membership list will be distributed in May 2022. A PDF file with the names, e-mail addresses, and areas of residence of all members will be e-mailed to you (or mailed to you if you prefer to do so). Please note that the inclusion of addresses and phone numbers in the directory has been discontinued since the last issue.
